
Blueberries have been our fruit of choice this summer and our love for them have even been translated into a cocktail I whipped up last night. Inspired by a fruit-infused vodka I had stashed away and my adventures in mixology, I added a little simple syrup for sweetness along with one of my children's raspberry popsicles cut into squares. I served it in Mason jars for a farm-to-table feel. It was simple, refreshing, and summery.

Deliciousness

- 1.5oz Raspberry Vodka
- 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- Juice of 1 Whole Lemon
- Sparkling Water
- 1 frozen popsicle, (100% fruit ) cut into small chunks and used as ice
- 5 Blueberries
- 3 Raspberries
- 1 Lemon Peel
In a mixing tin with ice add the vodka, syrup and lemon juice. Shake till cold and then pour everything into cocktail glass. Top with sparkling water and popsicle chunks. Garnish with blueberries, raspberries and lemon peel.
