Heaven's Nectar:: Snow Cream

by Jessica Ellingsworth in Home, Recipe, KIDS

Oh, I know winter is almost over! However, we had a small snowfall a few weeks ago and whipped up a batch of snow cream.  I wouldn't be posting on this, but so many people asked how I make it and it is the easiest thing since sliced bread.  My children think I am a culinary genius and this right here is one of the reasons.  Needless to say, my 15 month old hasn't forgotten about it.

Everything you need is right here!

Everything you need is right here!

  • 1 gallon FRESH snow (leave a clean kitchen bowl out and let it accumulate!)
  • vanilla extract to taste
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. whole milk
  • sugar to taste

Serve immediately.  You will be remembered for this, I promise!
