I know I can speak for at least four Ellingsworth women when I say we love cheese. In fact, the first course of the wedding dinner of one of those said women was 'a selection of delicate french cheeses'. (See first photo). What is it about a really fine cheese that brings people together? Maybe it is the wine and bread that usually accompany it. You can imagine our excitement when we found cheese merchants on just about every other corner on our trip. Pronunciations aside, we have rarely met a delicate European cheese we didn't like.
